Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Must have skills : ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Good to have skills : No Function Specialty Minimum 15 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education , Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also engage in iterative design processes, working closely with development teams to refine application features and functionalities, while maintaining a focus on user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in application design and development best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with business process modeling and requirements gathering. - Ability to create detailed technical specifications and documentation. - Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
