Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset. Must have skills : SAP Basis Administration Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage new technologies to address complex business challenges while maintaining a cloud-first and agile approach. Engaging with stakeholders, you will ensure that the solutions you deliver align with client needs and contribute to the overall improvement of services provided. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their application in system development. - Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. - Familiarity with backend programming languages such as Java or Python. - Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
