Procurement Operations involve the process of acquiring goods and services that a business needs to operate. This includes identifying needs, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders. The goal is to obtain quality products at the best possible prices while ensuring timely delivery. Effective procurement operations help control costs, maintain supply chain efficiency, and support overall business objectives. They are essential for the smooth functioning of any organization. Analyze and design the best practices for tactical and transactional procurement processes. Plan implementation based on detailed understanding of technologies involved and best practice process output measures. Provide the setup and ongoing maintenance of suppliers, catalog content, user authorization data and procurement applications to provide efficient and effective transactions, and to help maximize compliance. What are we looking for? •Basic procurement knowledge •Should have experience of PR to PO •Should have zeal to learn & perform Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
