Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP S/4HANA with other enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with agile development practices and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
