You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring successful delivery of analytics solutions across industries. This role emphasizes managing multiple projects simultaneously, aligning business goals with analytics outcomes, and driving measurable value for clients. This is going to be a 50% client facing role and 50% people and process management role. Roles & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of data and procurement analytics projects from requirement gathering to deployment. Manage and mentor 20+ member team of big data analytics professionals, ensuring high-quality output and on-time delivery. Oversee multiple projects across industries, balancing priorities and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Collaborate with clients to define use cases, KPIs, and success metrics for spend analytics initiatives. Drive governance, risk management, and value realization across all projects. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business objectives are met. – must have good acumen and business/client experience Professional & Technical Skills Must Have Skills: Proven track record of leading teams on multiple large-scale analytics implementations Strong expertise in managing Analytics projects Hands-on experience with analytics platforms and procurement analytics Strong knowledge of data quality management – candidates with understanding/background of procurement/supply chain will be preferred but not limited to Additional Information The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in managing enterprise-scale analytics programs with a strong project management background. Candidate will be expected to handle small duration multiple projects or small duration multiple recurring projects on daily basis. They should demonstrate proven ability to lead teams, handle multiple client projects, create meaningful data-driven insights.
