Job Title – Ind & Func AI Decision Science Manager - S&C GN Management Level : 7 - Manager Location: Open Must have skills: Generative AI, Agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Multi-Agent Systems, Python, SQL, AI Agent Orchestration, Machine Learning, Good to have skills: AI Refinery, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Crew AI, Spark, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), NLP, Computer Vision, Vector Databases, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), Function Calling, Tool Integration Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in AI/ML, with demonstrated expertise leading teams in Generative AI application and agentic system delivery, preferably within a consulting or client-facing environment Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree (BE/BTech/MBA/MS) in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, AI/ML, or related disciplines with an excellent academic record Job Summary: As an AI Decision Science Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI agents and multi-modal AI solutions that autonomously execute complex business workflows. You will be responsible for defining and implementing Gen AI and agentic AI strategies for clients, ensuring successful delivery of large-scale AI initiatives.
