Design Digital Transformation Roadmap: Responsible for creating a clear and strategic Digital Transformation vision that aligns with organizational objectives and client expectations. Identify Process Bottlenecks and analyze Continuous Improvement Opportunities: Evaluate the feasibility of the proposed transformation vision and identify any capability gaps that may need to be addressed to achieve the desired outcomes. Design Business Requirement Gathering Documents: Create Solution Blueprints for RPA, Gen AI, Agentic AI Solutions. Stakeholder Management: Present the transformation journey to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring they understand the strategy, benefits, and implementation roadmap. What are we looking for? • F&A Domain Knowledge • PTP Domain Knowledge • Project Management Skills • RPA / Gen AI Projects deployment experience is a must • Process Redesign/ Process Re-engineering • Adaptable and flexible • Ability to perform under pressure • Problem-solving skills • Detail orientation • Ability to establish strong client relationship • Good Presentation skill • Familiarity of Agentic AI Roles and Responsibilities: • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads • Generally, interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams • Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
