Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring that all applications run smoothly to support business operations effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to build knowledge and support the team. - Participate in Problem Solving discussions. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on system changes and improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of incident management processes. - Familiarity with ticketing systems and service level agreements. - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
