Your typical day will involve collaborating with clients to gather requirements, analyzing business needs, and implementing technology best practices. You will be sought out for your expertise, enhancing reputation in the marketplace while shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills and a strong understanding of business acumen to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring successful delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance. - Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery processes and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - Strong understanding of business process architecture and integration. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
