Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional knowledge to craft comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to achieve optimal results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and team performance. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: a) - a DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and exposure to Kafka. - Hands-on expertise in AWS services including CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, EC2, Athena, and Lambda. - Experience with GitLab for CI/CD is essential. - This role is based in Bangalore and requires the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced engineering environment. b) - Hands-on experience setting up and operating Argo CD in production environments. - Strong understanding of GitOps principles, declarative deployments, and environment promotion workflows. - Strong experience building and maintaining Helm charts for Kubernetes applications. - The preferred location is Bangalore and Gurugram Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
