Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. You can accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Provide efficient service desk voice support. - Deliver exceptional Japanese language support. - Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly. - Document and escalate complex problems for resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Desk Management, Japanese Language, Service Desk Voice Support. - Strong understanding of IT service desk operations. - Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. - Knowledge of incident management and ticketing systems. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Service Desk Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
