Project Role : Technology Delivery Lead Project Role Description : Manages the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Drives profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost and leading delivery. Proactively support sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. Must have skills : SAP Document and Reporting Compliance Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with project sponsors to define project scope and manage risks effectively. You will drive profitability by ensuring high service quality while leading your team towards successful project outcomes. Engaging with various stakeholders, you will proactively support sales initiatives through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery, ensuring that all project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate regular team meetings to ensure alignment and address any challenges. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to analyze complex project requirements and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. -“SAP DRC E-Invoicing working experience in atleast 2 projects with SAP SD S/4HANA functional background or SAP Finance and Tax Accounting background.” Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
