Must have skills : SAP HCM On Premise ABAP Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a SAP HCM Lead and Architect, you will design and deliver technological architecture for large and complex SAP Transformational projects engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs. You will engage in discussions to ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives and technical requirements, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements and apply them effectively to enhance the overall architecture Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Continuously evaluate and improve existing architecture to enhance performance and scalability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - Strong understanding of system integration and data migration strategies. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with on-premises solutions. - Ability to create detailed architectural documentation and design specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15-year full-time education is required. - Should be flexible to travel on deputation for projects
