Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to users and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster their development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues effectively. - Experience with system monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance. - Familiarity with database management and query languages to support application functionality. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in EPIC Systems. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
