Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring that business operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of application support processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to end-users. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on system performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in EPIC Systems. - Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve software issues effectively. - Experience with troubleshooting and debugging applications in a complex environment. - Familiarity with system integration and data flow between various business applications. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in EPIC Systems. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
