Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, ensuring that systems operate smoothly and efficiently, and contributing to the overall improvement of service delivery. You will engage with users to understand their challenges and work towards effective solutions, all while maintaining a focus on quality and user satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge. - Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve system functionalities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting techniques. - Experience with system integration and data management. - Familiarity with user support and customer service best practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret technical information. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Electronic Medical Records (EMR). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
