Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required specifications and functionality. You will engage in discussions to understand user needs, provide insights on best practices, and oversee the implementation of solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your role will also require you to mentor junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, ensuring a cohesive and productive work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect. - Strong understanding of application design and development processes. - Experience with cloud-based solutions and integration. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
