Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects effectively. You will engage in problem-solving and collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
