Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects effectively. You will engage in problem-solving and collaborate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions that meet client needs and expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Integration Architecture Blueprint & Design Solutions. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
