Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Provide training and guidance to junior team members on troubleshooting techniques. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. - Strong understanding of network protocols and storage solutions. - Experience with system monitoring and performance tuning. - Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues effectively. - Familiarity with backup and recovery processes for data integrity. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
