You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based applications and services. - Strong understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and techniques. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems. - Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
