Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives and user needs, while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with system integration and data migration processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
