Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to optimize team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Inventory. - Strong understanding of inventory management processes and best practices. - Experience with system integration and data migration related to inventory systems. - Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Inventory. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
