Job Title: GN - Industry - MC - Energy Upstream – Consultant (India) Management Level: 09 - Consultant Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad Must have skills: Strong knowledge of upstream value chain: E&P, OFES, Maintenance, etc. Experience in onshore/ offshore and unconventional wells operations Understanding of key upstream capabilities/ operations: Drilling, Production Operations, HSE, Reliability, etc. Hands on experience in driving end-to-end client engagements, from opportunity identification and sales through to successful delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good to have skills: Proven contribution to upstream consulting practice through engagement in creating PoVs, service offerings and thought leadership initiatives Exposure to digital opportunities such as Data/ AI/ Analytics across upstream functions Job Summary: In this role, you will work on upstream energy consulting engagements, leveraging your industry, technical, and business expertise to deliver client value. You will support transformation initiatives through operational excellence, digital adoption, and client engagement, while contributing to business development and delivery.
