Job Title - GN - SC&O - SCM Planning - Japan - Bilingual – Analyst /Consultant/Manger Management Level: Analyst, Consultant, Manager Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurugram / Chennai Must have skills: Supply Chain Planning + Japanese (JLPT N1/N2) Good To have skills: Exposure to planning tools such as o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, OMP Supply Experience: 2 - 6 years Educational Qualification: MBA / master’s degree in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management Engineering Degree/BBA/BBM Japanese Language JLPT Level N3/N2/N1 or equivalent Job Summary: Project Delivery: Lead and deliver project/multiple projects ensuring value delivery for the client within stipulated project timelines and budget Manage client stakeholders across the board and Accenture project team CXO level stakeholder management (Client and Accenture) Monitor project financials and deliver against target profitability Networking and Business Development Create and manage good independent relationships with clients Expand opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning Lead and drive solutioning for new business opportunities Developing Thought Leadership and Assets Ideate and develop cutting edge points of view/articles that drives Accenture equity in the market Design and build assets that distinguish Accenture capabilities to drive additional business Knowledge Management Strong contribution to knowledge sharing efforts, reviews and continually improves processes so that the team and firm capture and leverage knowledge People Management Build a strong team and be a strong role model, act as mentor and coach to ensure team aspirations on career growth are balanced with the firm's expectations Supply Chain Planning Take up certifications/ get trained in Planning Tools like O9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, Blue Yonder and other tools as required Build the right talent through robust training sessions (design curriculum/delivery sessions) and through recruiting activities for the practice. Roles & Responsibilities: 2 - 8 years of relevant post qualification experience Consulting or Industry background with specific expertise in Supply Chain Strategy, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operation Planning Tech Led and delivered large scale engagements/teams (exposure to global clients or working across multiple geographies will be an added advantage) Professional & Technical Skills: Domain Knowledge – Industry and/or Functional (Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operation Planning) Tech skills/knowledge/experience or willingness to learn Business Case articulation Leadership Skills CXO level stakeholder management Project Management Business Development Skills People Management and Development High Team Orientation Japanese Language Business Level Skills Exposure to any digital solutions/concepts - Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Tableau, Advanced Analytics,SAP MM/SD Target industry /Sector : FMCG, Retail, Consumer Products, Pharma, Oil & Gas, Telecom etc. Interested to deepen knowledge in Supply Chain Management and Planning and take up Supply Chain Tools like O9, Kinaxis, Analpan, BlueYonder Additional Information: An opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients Potential to Co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, enterprise function practitioners and, business intelligence professionals to shape and recommend innovative solutions that leverage emerging technologies.
