Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications meet the needs of users. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications, while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency throughout the development process. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application performance and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development. - Design and implement application features that enhance user experience and functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core Integrations, Reporting Analytics. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to derive insights. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and project management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
