Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions and enhance application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Develop and implement new features and functionalities in applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance application development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: (Project specific) -Dialogflow CX Conversational Developer with experience in enterprise-level conversational AI agents. -Expert in conversational design best practices Experience in NLU tuning Experience in utilizing Dialogflow CX's Generative AI capabilities - Experience in webhook development (NodeJS/Python). Git, CI/CD experience - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Conversational AI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js. - Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning algorithms. - Hands-on experience in developing chatbots and virtual assistants. - Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and network operations. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Conversational AI. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
