We are looking for a highly skilled LLM Engineer to design, develop, and optimize Agentic AI systems and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and autonomous agent frameworks, combined with strong programming and integration skills. This role involves building intelligent, context-aware agents that can reason, plan, and execute tasks across complex business workflows. What are we looking for? • Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, AWS Bedrock Hugging Face Transformers) • Expertise in Python and frameworks like Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen • Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG, and vector search (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant) • Familiarity with Azure AI stack and cloud deployment best practices • Understanding of model fine-tuning, evaluation, and safety alignment • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Experience with enterprise integration and API development Roles and Responsibilities: • Fine-tune and customize Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) for enterprise use cases • Implement prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and context management for high-quality outputs • Optimize LLM performance for accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency • Agentic AI Design • Deploy & Test autonomous AI agents using frameworks like Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen • Enable multi-agent collaboration for complex workflows (e.g., invoice processing, document summarization, decision-making) • Test human-in-the-loop and safe execution mechanisms. • Develop text, document, and conversational AI solutions for business processes • Integrate Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications for content generation, summarization, and reasoning • Explore multimodal AI (text + image) for advanced F&A use cases • Deploy AI solutions on Azure Cloud leveraging Azure AI services • Integrate LLM-based agents with ERP systems (SAP VIM, SAP BTP, Oracle Fusion, OCI) and other enterprise platforms • Ensure scalability, security, and compliance in production environments • Stay updated on LLM advancements, agentic architectures, and generative AI trends • Experiment with model compression, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases
