You will engage with different stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, contributing to the continuous improvement of the systems you support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contract Management. - Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve software issues effectively. - Experience with software troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques. - Familiarity with database management systems and their integration with applications. - Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Contract Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
