Intelligent Insurance Operations combines our advisory, technology, and operations expertise, global scale, and robust ecosystem with our insurance transformation capabilities. It is structured to address the scope and complexity of the ever-changing insurance environment and offers a flexible operating model that can meet the unique needs of each market segment. Scope of work is to review the Insurance certificates and track the Insurance Information from the certificate or other proof of insurance received in Insurance tracking tool. Team will perform comparative review of borrower’s proof of insurance coverage against the requirement as per the loan documents to verify adherence and create exception records in the system based on client requirements and approved matrixes. Generate Letters and Reports, communicate non-adherence to the Borrowers/Agents and follow up on based on the Client approved matrixes. You will be responsible for developing and delivering business solutions that support the claims process across its lifecycle, including first notice of loss, claims investigation, payment administration or adjudication, provider reimbursement (health care), subrogation and recovery.
