Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that solutions are effective and align with project goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and any challenges that may arise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development, C# Programming Language, Kubernetes. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
