Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Good to have skills : Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot, React.js Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage your development skills to address complex business challenges, utilizing a cloud-first and agile mindset to deliver high-quality services to clients. Engaging with the latest technologies, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the systems and processes in place, ensuring that the solutions provided are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot, React.js. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries. - Experience with RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
