You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us perform Quality Testing, perform reviews with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for existing client. Risk & Compliance involves identifying, assessing, and managing risks to ensure an organization adheres to laws and regulations. This role includes developing risk management strategies, conducting compliance audits, and implementing policies to mitigate risks. It also involves monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring the organization remains compliant. The goal is to protect the organization from legal and financial risks while maintaining ethical standards. Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk. e.g. Policies; Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management and Contractor controls. Establish processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required. What are we looking for? Fresh Graduate with 0-1 year of experience in Quality testing. Good communication skills Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisor • In this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasks • The decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervised • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
