Strong background in consulting and advisory roles, shaping scalable talent solutions and embedding AI-powered insights into decision-making. Deep understanding of human performance optimization, competency frameworks, and capability development, with experience in designing agile, future-ready learning programs. Collaborative experience in change management, talent strategy, and organizational effectiveness, leveraging data-driven approaches.
