Your typical day will involve coding, enhancing components, and collaborating with team members to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions using modern frameworks and agile practices. You will also participate in discussions to address challenges and contribute to the overall success of the projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Continuously improve software development processes and practices to enhance efficiency and quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development life cycle. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
