Must have advanced UKG competency consistently and effectively, demonstrating mastery in complex scenarios and influencing outcomes at scale. Ability to manage end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, and governance. Drive project execution with a balanced approach - 50 technical leadership and 50 team management. Monitored and enhanced Delivery Experience (DEX), and improved delivery quality through measurable KPIs. Strong understanding of industry trends and ability to apply them to UKG Pro WFM solutions. Professional Attributes Strong client handling skills to develop, manage and deepen relationships with key stakeholders. Identify new opportunities, develop solutions, and own proposals end to end. Advanced communication and presentation skills. Leadership qualities with proven ability to manage diverse teams. Analytical mindset and decision-making capability under pressure.
