Project Role : Security Architect Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Must have skills : Saviynt Identity Platform Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: The Saviynt Lead is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and support of identity and access management (IAM) solutions using the Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC). This role requires a deep understanding of IAM concepts, hands-on Saviynt configuration skills, and experience in integrating with enterprise applications. Roles & Responsibilities: -Lead end-to-end Saviynt IAM solution design, configuration, and deployment. -Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM strategy, access governance policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) models. -Manage Saviynt integrations with systems like Active Directory, Azure AD, SAP, ServiceNow, and cloud applications (AWS, GCP, etc.). -Customize Saviynt workflows, connectors, analytics, and access request processes. -Lead, mentor, and groom a team of Saviynt developers and support engineers. -Define and enforce identity lifecycle management processes — joiner, mover, leaver (JML). -Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to Saviynt and IAM processes. -Prepare architecture documents, technical design documents, and operational runbooks. -Work with security, compliance, and audit teams to ensure IAM controls meet regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.). -Participate in roadmap planning and continuous improvement of the IAM platform. -Contribute to knowledge base development, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement initiatives across the IAM practice. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and frameworks. - Experience with identity and access management solutions. - Familiarity with compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO 27001. - Ability to assess and mitigate security risks in cloud environments. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
