Your typical day will involve collaborating with diverse teams, analyzing project requirements, and providing insights that drive effective decision-making and project outcomes. You will play a crucial role in guiding teams through complex challenges, leveraging your knowledge to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide strategic guidance to ensure alignment with client objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable applications. - Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
