A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance user experience, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing support and guidance to your team members while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Good to have skill like Salesforce Lighting Web Component, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with business on product and application features. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with user interface design and user experience principles. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have 4 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
