Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also engage in proactive problem-solving to enhance operational efficiency and maintain high service standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve service delivery. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry best practices and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition. - Strong understanding of application deployment and management in production environments. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Java applications. - Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques to ensure system reliability. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
