Must have skills : Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM) Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : 15 years of full time education Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders will be essential as you work to deliver high-quality solutions that align with project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with software testing frameworks and practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management (MDM). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years of full time education is required.
