Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications. You will engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely solutions, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Your role will require a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CPI for Data Services. - Strong understanding of integration processes and data transformation techniques. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner. - Familiarity with monitoring tools to ensure system performance and reliability. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CPI for Data Services. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
