Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Selenium Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying established quality processes and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in testing practices and outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Develop and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium and Playwright with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. - Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
