A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications function optimally to support business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the overall success of the projects by implementing effective solutions and enhancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong analytical skills to assess application performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure application quality. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
