You will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management. - Strong understanding of system development lifecycle methodologies. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and management. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Talent Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
