Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot problems, analyzing system performance, and ensuring the smooth operation of applications that are vital to business functions. You will engage with different stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, which will help in enhancing system reliability and user experience. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for application support. - Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with System Monitoring Tools & Techniques. - Strong understanding of application performance management. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dynatrace Administration. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
