Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring the reliability and performance of applications. You will engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in service delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering. - Strong understanding of incident management and response strategies. - Experience with cloud infrastructure and services. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages. - Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools to ensure system health. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. - Resource needs to be AI Ready.
