Key Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end leadership for internships and placements across TalentSprint, Learnvantage programs, ensuring consistent delivery of agreed outcomes. Define and execute placement strategy aligned with organizational goals, market trends, and learner aspirations. Build and sustain senior-level relationships with product companies, global enterprises, system integrators, and high-growth startups. Position TalentSprint as a trusted talent partner by delivering industry-relevant, diverse, and high-quality talent pipelines. Drive initiatives focused on diversity hiring, employability enhancement, and inclusive talent development. Partner closely with academic, product, and delivery teams to provide market insights that inform curriculum design and continuous improvement. Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging skills to proactively identify new placement opportunities. Strengthen employer branding and engagement through strategic use of digital platforms, thought leadership, and events.
