Must have skills : SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting Good to have skills : SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance the reputation of Accenture in the marketplace, while also shaping strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require fluid communication skills as you build trusted advisor relationships with clients, ensuring that their business changes are effectively designed and executed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM). - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Experience in implementing SAP solutions in a business environment. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend improvements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
