Contract Services involve the management and administration of contracts between businesses and their clients or vendors. This includes drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with contract terms. The goal is to protect the interests of all parties involved and to ensure that agreements are clear and enforceable. Effective contract services help minimize risks and disputes. They also ensure that contractual obligations are met efficiently and on time. Develop & lead negotiations by focusing on mutual strategic interests & remaining unconditionally constructive to promote an enduring business relationship. Manage the overall contracting process by collaborating with client & Accenture procurement, legal, & business teams to get to an agreement. What are we looking for? •Looking for CL10 resource who can redline the contracts and negotiate the contracts with the Suppliers Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
